Arsenal have made Eddie Nketiah and Gabriel Jesus their striking summer priority according to recent reports.
Gabriel Jesus and Eddie Nketiah are the current plan for strikers at Arsenal for the upcoming season. The priority is them two and to not sign two strikers, as per @David_Ornstein.

The club were expected to bring in Jesus and one other striker this summer, but Eddie Nketiah’s decision to stay in north London has forced Arsenal to re-evaluate.
Nketiah is out of contract this summer, but after an impressive end to the season which saw him score five goals in eight games, Nketiah is set to sign a new which will keep him at The Emirates until 2027.

Writing for The Athletic, Ornstein said: “I’m away but as far as I know Jesus and Nketiah are the current priority/plan.”
Gabriel Jesus has been Arsenal’s striking main priority with Mikel Areta keen on bringing the Brazilian versatile striker to the Emirates in the summer transfer window.
Fabrizio Romano: "Arsenal are waiting for answers from Gabriel Jesus after positive talks with his agent. He is the priority target for Arteta, but also interests other clubs. We can expect a final decision soon and Man City are asking for a €50-60m fee for him." [caughtoffside]

Arteta is a fan of Jesus due to his dribbling, finishing and pace, but his work without the ball is a major attraction, too. He is renowned for being one of the best pressers of the ball when not in possession and would suit Arteta’s demands for his forward line.
While the Gunners might not bring in a pair of strikers this summer, the club could yet make a big splash to bring in a high-output winger with Nicolas Pepe ready to leave.
Serge Gnabry has been linked with a return to the Emirates, but that rumour is nothing short of a pipedream as of now.
