Manchester United manager Erik Ten Hag is interested in signing Jurrien Timber from Ajax this summer according to an exclusive report.

Defence has been an area of concern for Manchester United this season as they have kept only eight clean sheets in 37 league games so far conceding a whooping huge of 56 goals.

United’s new boss Erik Ten Hag who is joining the club from Ajax is said to be a huge admirer of Timber and has already outlined the defender as one of his targets.

Ten Hag gave Timber is senior debut in 2020 and has been a mainstay in the Ajax side ever since, making 42 appearances at the heart of defence this season.
The Dutch defender primarily plays as a central defender but is also known to be experienced whilst playing at right back.
According to ESPN, Man Utd look set to hand Ten Hag around £150million to spend on new players, and it seems some work is already underway on signing Timber.
