Spurs are keen to bolster their forward line this summer and have firmed up their interest in Raphinha and Richarlison over a move for Jesus.
Antonio Conte wants to strengthen his already brilliant front three of Harry Kane, Heung-min Son and Dejan Kulusevski and Tottenham had considered a move for Jesus.
But Spurs have turned their attentions to Jesus’s Brazil team-mates Richarlison and Raphinha.
The Everton and Leeds forwards are likely to each cost Spurs of £60million, so it is expected to be a case of one or the other rather than Spurs signing both.
Tottenham prepare for mass exodus.
This summer is set to be a busy one for the Tottenham Hotspur hierarchy as the North London club looks to progress under Antonio Conte.
The North London side have completed the signing of Fraser Forster on a free transfer from Southampton, Ivan Persic from Inter Milan and Yves Bissouma from Brighton for a fee of £30 plus add ons, whilst still in market for a right back- Djed Spence, and alternatives to the front-line trio with Raphinha and Richarlison are both linked to Spurs.
However, Tottenham have decided to clear out outgoings to make room and funds for these new acquisitions.

According to the Daily Mirror, Tottenham are ready to listen to offers for as many as six players this summer.
These are said to be Steven Bergwijn, Giovani Lo Celso, Tanguy Ndombele, Harry Winks, Joe Rodon, and Emerson Royal.
Steven Bergwijn is expected to join Ajax.
Ajax are prepared to break their transfer record to sign Bergwijn from Tottenham, which currently stands at the £20.5m paid for Sebastien Haller, and talks with Spurs over a deal have been positive and there is confidence an agreement will be struck.
The Dutch side are expected to pay an initial fee of around £21.5 million for Bergwijn.
Everton are in talks with Tottenham Hotspur over a deal for Harry Winks.
Everton are now in the early stages of talks for Winks as they look to improve their midfield options having lost both Fabian Delph and Donny van de Beek – who spent the second half of last season on loan.

Winks came through Tottenham’s academy and broke into the first team in 2014. He has made 128 league appearances for the club. The 26-year-old has also been capped 10 times by England but last featured in 2020.
Tottenham open Joe Rondon exit path.
According to a report by Football Insider, Spurs have told the 24-year-old that he is free to find a new club over the summer.
The Wales international was keen on a move away from north London in January, with the likes of Brighton and Newcastle both interested in securing the centre-back’s signature.
However, his departure failed to materialise, leaving the Welshman at Hotspur Way for the remainder of the campaign.
Rodon joined Tottenham from Swansea for about £11million nearly two years ago but he has struggled to nail down a regular place, making 22 Premier League appearances in that time.
