Manchester United could face suspension problems ahead of their crunch Premier League clashes with Tottenham and Chelsea later this month as a whole host of stars have been racking-up yellow cards this season.

The Red Devils sit fifth in the top-flight table, one place and one point ahead of Newcastle in the Premier League, having played one game fewer than the Magpies. And this weekend’s encounter could prove to be mouthwatering.

Manchester United right-back Diogo Dalot, who has started every game this campaign, will have to be careful as he has already picked-up four yellow cards in the Premier League. And if he is cautioned against the Magpies, he will miss his side’s encounter with Tottenham three days later.
Next on the list for United are Harry Maguire, who is currently out of the team, and Bruno Fernandes – both with three yellow cards. Should Fernandes be booked against Newcastle and Tottenham, he will miss United’s trip to face Chelsea at Stamford Bridge on Saturday, October 22.
Meanwhile, Tyrell Malacia and Lisandro Martinez have received two cautions so far this season.
Ten Hag has already got the better of two of the big-six this season. And he will be sending his players a stark warning to be on their best behaviour in their upcoming clashes as he will want all his top players available against two more Premier League powerhouses.
