There has been speculations that UEFA has banned Chelsea from selling tickets for the Champions League quarter-final – their opponents are yet to be drawn and will be forced to play the home leg of their quarter-final behind closed doors unless a new owner can be found by April.

However, had to answer when  asked about the prospect of playing without fans in their upcoming European clash shortly after the win over Lille

“Thanks for ruining my evening.” He said.

“I was in such a good mood, can we speak about it when it’s confirmed? Let’s wait for the confirmation of the confirmation.

“Let’s see, today I’m happy that we are in the last eight.”

“There were a lot of things to overcome, so I’m so happy and so proud.

“So let’s see. It’s the first thing I hear now.”

“In three days we play Middlesbrough in the cup, then we have the national break, and then I’ll think about a good answer”

“The fans are outside right now and it was brilliant to be with them.”

The German manager masterminded a 2-1 win over Lille on Wednesday night, with the Blues beating the Ligue 1 side 4-1 on aggregate to progress to the quarter-finals of this season’s Champions League.
