Everton winger Anthony Gordon is suspended for his side’s visit to Tottenham Hotspur after being booked against Manchester United.
The 21-year-old picked up his fifth yellow card of the season during their 2-1 loss to Manchester United at Goodison Park on Sunday night.

It was Gordon’s fifth yellow card of the season after also going into the book against Nottingham Forest, Brentford, Leeds United and West Ham United and ensures he will now serve a one-match ban as the Blues go to north London.

Gordon has featured in all nine of Everton’s Premier League matches to date this season, starting eight and coming off the bench at Southampton after suffering illness ahead of the visit to St Mary’s while also scoring two goals at Brentford and Leeds United.
He will be a big miss for Frank Lampard’s men, for whom goals have not been easy to come by.
